The Sound Image Blog: Gary Deacon Acoustic Guitar and Sax Duo

Situated in the heart of Newlands, Barristers is a popular and well-established restaurant with a reputation for good food and pleasant, easy listening jazzy sounds every Sunday evening.

In between our numerous wedding bookings in the Winelands, our acoustic guitar and sax duo has the pleasure of performing to an appreciative audience at least once a month on a Sunday evening from 6:00 pm - 9:00pm at Barristers. We also have the distinction of appearing on their website :)

The duo performed for a full house on Sunday the 30th April. Our tribute to Glenn Miller was captured on video and is always fun to perform. The brief 'vocal' towards the end is an optional extra for Barristers and not always included in all our performances !
